A good animated film should be able to appeal
to adults just as much as young children. This is not one of the films, especially if you consider the rudimentary animation and unenthusiastic vocal performances.
A very loose sequel to The Wizard Of Oz,
Dorothy returns to the magical kingdom to prevent an evil jester's reign.
Children under 8-years-old will enjoy this
most, but only if they've seen the original 1939 film. Box office losses of over $50m says it all really.
