Amongst the worst superhero films of the early
21st century, miscast in every role, especially Ben Affleck as the blind lawyer by day and vigilante crime fighter by night.
The scene in which Jennifer Garner's Electra
has a fight with blind Matt Murdoch in a park because he wants to know her name must feature amongst the most ludicrously pathetic scenes ever committed to celluloid. Although it
might have held some weight if an extra yelled out "He's blind, you prissy dismissive bitch, just tell him your fucking name!"
At least that might have been more daring than
an of the supposed superhero exploits on show here.
